  6. This is a 'no changes' port of the X11 game Xpilot:

  10.        XPilot is a multiplayer game which looks a bit like Thrust
  11.        for the Commodore 64.  Thrust has some similarities with
  12.        Atari's coin-up games Gravitar and Asteriods (not a mis-
  13.        spelling) - they were the originals.  Several clones have
  14.        appeared for various computers, among others Gravity Force
  15.        for the Commodore Amiga.

  17.        The main objective of the game varies as you can choose
  18.        different game modes, although the only modes supported as
  19.        of today are combat (optionally with teams and/or limited
  20.        lives) and race.  The former mode focuses more strongly on
  21.        shooting each other down, while the latter is more a
  22.        piloting test than anything else.

  24.        To start playing, you need to connect to a server by using
  25.        a client program called xpilot.

  28. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  29.  
  30. This is an online game meaning you'll need to have amitcp/miami or
  31. similiar tcp/ip protocols running in order for it to work.

  33. If you haven't a fast machine nor a fast internet connection you can
  34. improve the performance by opening a black and white screen and open
  35. the game on this. Some other tricks can be employed and are mentioned
  36. in the manual pages.

  38. NEW FEATURES
  39. Improved on the window management routines in libX11 so it is more able
  40. to deal with the stuff used in xpilot. The menus, config window, key window
  41. and some other windows didn't work properly due to this.
  42. Speedups in libx11 should help somewhat..
